Who does album art?

Album art is typically created by a graphic designer, although it can also be created by the musician themselves, a photographer, or an illustrator. The artist will work with the musician or record label to create a visual representation of the album's music and themes. Album art can take many forms, including paintings, drawings, photographs, collages, and digital art.

Some famous examples of album art include:

* The Beatles' _Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band_ (1967), designed by Peter Blake and Jann Haworth

* Pink Floyd's _The Dark Side of the Moon_ (1973), designed by Storm Thorgerson

* Nirvana's _Nevermind_ (1991), designed by Kurt Cobain and Chad Channing

* Radiohead's _OK Computer_ (1997), designed by Stanley Donwood and Thom Yorke

* Beyoncé's _Lemonade_ (2016), designed by Melina Matsoukas and Dikayl Rimmasch

Album art is an important part of the music experience, and it can help to create a lasting impression of an album. A well-designed album cover can draw listeners in and make them more likely to listen to the music.
