What respect most villages in India are not yet modern?

This is an inaccurate generalization. Many villages in India have undergone significant modernization in recent years, with improved infrastructure, access to technology, and development initiatives aimed at enhancing livelihoods and living standards. While there are certainly rural areas that may lag in terms of development, it is incorrect to assume that a majority of villages lack modernity. India has made considerable progress in bridging the urban-rural divide.
