Who draws Danny Phantom?

Danny Phantom was created by Butch Hartman. Butch Hartman is an American animator, director, writer, and producer. He is best known for creating the Nickelodeon animated series The Fairly OddParents and Danny Phantom. He has also worked on other Nickelodeon series, such as Oh Yeah! Cartoons, ChalkZone, and T.U.F.F. Puppy.
