Open the Camera app and make sure it's set to "Photo" mode. Then, look through the viewfinder and make sure your son's face is inside the circle or square in the center of the screen.
Step 2: Focus
Take your time to focus on your son's face. To do this, tap on the part of the screen where you want to focus and then wait for the camera to adjust. Once the focus is set, you'll see a short orange line across the top of the screen.

Once you've focused, press the button to take the picture. The button is usually located at the bottom of the screen.
