How to Mount Art for a Portfolio
As an artist, your portfolio is the most important step toward landing a job and getting your artwork seen by the public. Your portfolio may have accumulated over the years, but should be in good shape rather than reflecting a particular artwork's age. To best present your portfolio, you may choose to mount your art against paper or a matte board. With mounted art, your portfolio will look more professional and up your chances of landing a gig.
