What kind of a ruler has Macbeth become at the end act 3?

Macbeth has become a cruel and paranoid ruler by the end of Act 3. He is suspicious of everyone, and he is willing to do anything to maintain his power. He has murdered his friend and king, Duncan, and he has had his wife, Lady Macbeth, murder Duncan's guards.
