Who made up tutting?

Tutting is a street dance style that mimics ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs. It is believed to have originated in the African-American community of New York City the early 1980s. It was popularised by dancers such as Popin' Pete, who appeared in the 1984 movie "Breakin'" breakdance documentary, and by Michael Jackson in his music video for "Remember the Time" (1992).
