Should you were makeup for a Disney audition?

For female actresses:

- Natural makeup: A natural look is best for Disney auditions, as it allows the casting directors to see your natural beauty and expressions. Avoid heavy makeup, as it can be distracting and detract from your performance.

- Focus on your eyes: Since your eyes will be the main focus of your face, apply a light eyeshadow in a neutral shade, such as beige or light brown. You can also add a thin line of black or brown eyeliner to define your eyes.

- Mascara: Apply a coat or two of mascara to your upper and lower lashes to help them look longer and thicker.

- Blush: Apply a light blush to your cheeks in a natural shade, such as pink or peach.

- Lips: Use a sheer or natural-colored lip balm or lipstick to keep your lips hydrated and looking their best. Avoid bold or dark lipstick colors, as they can be distracting.

For male actors:

- Keep it simple: Male actors should keep their makeup to a minimum, as it is important to let your natural features shine through.

- Concealer: If you have any blemishes or dark circles under your eyes, you can use a small amount of concealer to cover them up.

- Powder: Apply a light dusting of powder to help keep your skin looking matte and shine-free.

- Brows: If your eyebrows are sparse or unruly, you can use a brow gel or pencil to help shape and define them.

- Lips: Use a chapstick or lip balm to keep your lips hydrated.

Additional tips:

- Do a test run: Before your audition, do a test run of your makeup to make sure you're happy with how it looks. This will also help you to get a sense of how long it takes to apply your makeup, so you don't have to rush on the day of your audition.

- Bring your makeup with you: If you make it to the callback round of auditions, you may be asked to do your own makeup. Be sure to bring your makeup with you, so that you can touch up your look as needed.

- Don't overdo it: Remember, the key is to keep your makeup natural and understated. You want to look your best, but you don't want to distract from your performance.
