Who are the hags in Dracula and when do they appear?

There are no hags in Bram Stoker's *Dracula*. The character you may be thinking of is the three vampire women, who are often described as beautiful and alluring.

They appear at various points in the novel, but their most significant roles are:

* In Transylvania: They are first introduced as the three women who tempt Jonathan Harker in Castle Dracula. They are depicted as seductive and dangerous, and they feed on him.

* In London: They later reappear in London, where they attempt to lure Lucy Westenra, one of the novel's main characters.

While they are not described as "hags" in the traditional sense, they are certainly presented as dangerous and predatory figures who prey on men and women.
