Unlock Ichigo, Urahara, Yoruichi, and Byakuya.
Steps:
1.) Begin by starting a new game and select Ichigo.
2.) At the start of the game Uryuu will call you up and invite you to go get some snacks.
3.) On your way to Urahara's shop you'll be stopped by Urahara himself and he'll take you to his shop to give you a new outfit.
