What did Sumerian slaves wear?

There were many forms of slavery in Sumer. Debt slaves, who were more like indentured servants, were likely to have the same types of clothing and housing as free people of a similar economic class. Temple and state slaves, who were generally used as laborers, were generally given housing and clothing by their employers. However, there is no surviving visual evidence of the types of clothing worn by ordinary slaves in Sumer.
