When was Borkum Riff created?

The Borkum Riffgrund 1 wind farm is located in the North Sea, approximately 45 kilometres north of the German island of Borkum. It was inaugurated in 2015. The wind farm consists of 78 wind turbines, each with a capacity of 4 megawatts.
