What programme was Rachmaninoff theme tune on Paganini used for?

Rachmaninoff did not write a theme tune on Paganini. His Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini was used in the 1934 movie *Two Hearts in Waltz Time* and also in the second part of the 2011 animation movie *Yoko The Pink* by Japanese director and animator Mamoru Hosoda.
