What does mean in Act III Scene 5 of

The quote "When beggars die there are no comets seen; The heavens themselves blaze forth the death of princes." means that when ordinary people die, there are no extraordinary signs in the sky, but when royalty or other important figures die, the heavens themselves put on a show.
