Who created cartoon character meena?

Meena is an animated character created by the National Film Board of Canada (NFB). She first appeared in the 1993 short film "Meena", directed by Kamala Nair. The character was later featured in the television series "Meena" (1994-1996) and the feature film "Meena: A Tale of Two Worlds" (1995).
