How do shadow puppets move?

Shadow puppets move thanks to the manipulation of the puppeteer. The puppeteer typically holds the puppets by sticks or rods that are attached to the puppet's limbs. By moving the sticks, the puppeteer can animate the puppets and bring them to life on the screen. Additionally, some shadow puppets may be animated using strings, similar to marionettes. The puppeteer controls the strings to move the different parts of the puppet, giving the illusion of movement.
