Were there any hidden Disney characters in Pinocchio?

There are no hidden Disney characters in Pinocchio in the same way there are hidden Mickeys or other characters in other Disney films.

However, there are a couple of things to consider:

* Cameos: Some characters in Pinocchio might be considered cameos. For example, Geppetto's neighbor, the old woman who buys Pinocchio, bears a strong resemblance to the Fairy Godmother from Cinderella, who was designed by the same animator. This isn't considered a "hidden" character, but it is an interesting connection.

* Early appearances: The character of Jiminy Cricket was initially only meant to appear briefly in the film. However, due to his popularity, he was expanded into a major role. This doesn't count as a hidden character, but it shows how a seemingly minor character can become a significant part of the story.

Overall, while there aren't hidden characters in the sense of Easter eggs or disguised figures, there are interesting details and potential connections to other Disney characters within the film.
