1. Go to the Build a Bear website.
2. Click on the "Shop" tab.
3. Select "Hannah Montana" from the list of characters.
4. Choose the Hannah Montana plush you want to purchase.
5. Click on the "Add to Cart" button.
6. Proceed to checkout.
7. Enter the Hannah Montana code in the "Promo Code" box.
8. Click on the "Apply" button.
9. The discount will be applied to your purchase.
