Who is the hero of shaolin soccer?

The hero of Shaolin Soccer is Sing, or Mighty Steel Leg, a former Shaolin monk who has lost his way and is working as a street sweeper. He is recruited by a former soccer star, Hung, to join his team of kung fu masters and compete in a soccer tournament. Through their kung fu skills, the team becomes successful, and Sing finds redemption by rediscovering his passion for the sport.
