The voice of Ash Ketchum in the Diamond and Pearl anime series is Sarah Natochenny.
She's been voicing Ash since the Pokémon Advanced Generation (which followed the Hoenn region). She continued this role throughout Diamond and Pearl, and continues to voice Ash in all subsequent Pokémon anime series.
