Is the st George theater haunted?

There have been reports of hauntings at the St. George Theatre in Staten Island, New York. Many people have claimed to have seen and heard ghosts within the building. Some of the most commonly reported experiences include seeing a man and women, dressed in Victorian period costume, dancing together in the Grand Lounge as well as a little girl playing on the stairs near the restrooms on the north side of the lower tier balcony.
