Was the Eagle in Spongebob episode Squidward Clarinetland voiced by James Earl Jones?

The eagle in the SpongeBob SquarePants episode "Squidward in Clarinetland" was not voiced by James Earl Jones. The eagle was actually voiced by the show's creator, Stephen Hillenburg.
