Who is nueva ecija hymn writer?

The Nueva Ecija Hymn was written by Dr. Jose Rizal as a dedication to the province of the Nueva Ecija, in order to encourage unity and pride amongst its countrymen during their fight for Independence. The author's name wasn't originally placed because, according to tradition at that time, authors wished to conceal their identities due to potential backlash.
