Via Samsung App Store
1. Access the "Menu" on your Samsung GT-B3313.
2. Select "Samsung Apps."
3. Search for "Opera Mini" in the Samsung App Store.
4. Select the "Opera Mini" app and click "Install" or "Download" to begin the installation process.
5. Follow any on-screen prompts or instructions to complete the installation.
Via Web Browser
1. Open the default web browser on your Samsung GT-B3313.
2. Navigate to the official Opera Mini website (m.opera.com) or an app download site that provides the Opera Mini app (.apk file).
3. Locate and click the "Download" button on the Opera Mini website or the app download site.
4. Follow any on-screen instructions or prompts to download the .apk file.
5. Once the download is complete, access your phone's file manager and locate the downloaded .apk file.
6. Select and tap on the .apk file to start the installation.
7. If prompted with any permissions or warnings, confirm or grant permissions as necessary to proceed with the installation.
When the installation is complete, you will find the Opera Mini app icon on your app list or menu. Tap on the icon to launch and use the Opera Mini browser on your Samsung GT-B3313.
