How do you get to Giovanni in saffron?

You can't get to Giovanni in Saffron City in the original Pokémon games (Red, Blue, Yellow, FireRed, LeafGreen). Giovanni, the leader of Team Rocket, is located in Viridian City, not Saffron City.

To get to him, you need to:

1. Defeat the Gym Leader in Viridian City (Brock) to gain access to the Victory Road.

2. Travel through Victory Road to the end, where you will encounter Team Rocket's hideout.

3. Battle your way through Team Rocket's hideout, ultimately facing off against Giovanni himself.

Important Note: Giovanni's location changes in later games like Gold, Silver, Crystal, and the remakes.
