Dr. Seuss is not considered part of Disney. Dr. Seuss, whose real name was Theodor Seuss Geisel, was an American author, illustrator, and cartoonist. He was best known for his children's books, such as "The Cat in the Hat," "Green Eggs and Ham," and "How the Grinch Stole Christmas!"

Dr. Seuss's works are published by Random House, not by Disney. Additionally, Dr. Seuss's characters and stories have not been incorporated into Disney's films or theme parks.
