This live-action TV drama stars Lesley Ann Warren as a brunette Cinderella singing near the fireplace the songs Inchworm" & "Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo". It featured such names as James Woods, Kristy McNichol, Jennifer Rhodes, Eve Arden and Lee Curreri, this version followed Disney's animated fairy tale more closely but did not feature any animated sequences; its songs are new, except for *Bibbidi-Bibbidi-Boo*. Instead of mice as helpers she is aided by birds led by one named Desirée (voiced by Rhoda Gemignani).
Fun Fact: According to Lesley Ann Warren in her "On Camera" (2004) Interview, in order to keep up with Cinderella's fast dancing movements while wearing a very elaborate dress, underneath it she often sported a pair of very practical Rollerblades which would often leave bruises.
