Where can i get the original English VHS soundtrack for dragon ball z bardock because credits song is a special version of Makes No Difference by Sum 41 but I find it anywhere?

The ending theme song for the Bardock special is called "Hero (Hikari no Soldier)", which is an original song composed and performed by Hironobu Kageyama. This song has not been released on any official English-language soundtrack albums.
