Mr. Schuester is joined by Holly Holliday, played by Gwyneth Paltrow. She's a substitute teacher for Spanish, and ends up becoming a temporary glee club director while Will is away.
However, she's not the only new face in the faculty! Figgins is replaced as the principal by Sue Sylvester's older sister Jean Sylvester, played by Robin Trocki.
