Impong Sela is a traditional sport from East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. The game is played using bamboo sticks and rattan that is played by two teams consisting of 5-7 people. The objective of the game is to hit the sela (rattan ball) into the opponent's court whilst staying within the court boundaries. The players use the bamboo sticks to hit the ball back and forth. They are not allowed to touch the sela with their hands. The team that hits the sela out of bounds or into the opponent's court wins a point. The first team to reach 21 points wins the game.
