What Languages were spoken on Titanic?

English was the primary language spoken on the Titanic, as it was an English ship and the majority of the passengers and crew were British. Many of the crew members also spoke other languages, however, to accommodate the ship's international passengers and crew. These languages included:

- Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

- Danish

- Flemish

- Finnish

- French

- German

- Irish

- Italian

- Norwegian

- Spanish

- Swedish

In addition to these languages, it's likely that some of the crew who had previously worked on ships travelling a wide international trade routes to Europe, Asia, India and Egypt could also speak basic Arab*ic, Indian, Japanese and/or **Turkish*, too
