What president and his wife speak fluent Mandarin?

While there are many presidents and their spouses who have learned some Mandarin, the only president and his wife who are known to speak fluent Mandarin are President Jimmy Carter and his wife Rosalynn Carter. They both studied Mandarin while President Carter was in office and have continued to use it in their travels and interactions with Chinese officials.
