What does the platypus say?

The platypus is a unique animal and doesn't actually have a vocalization that we would recognize as a "say." They do make a variety of sounds, including:

* Chirps and whistles: These are the most common sounds platypuses make, often used for communication with other platypuses.

* Growls and hisses: These are used as warning signals, especially when they feel threatened.

* Clicking sounds: Platypuses use these clicks to navigate their environment and locate prey while foraging underwater.

So, while the platypus doesn't "say" anything in the traditional sense, it communicates through a range of interesting sounds!
