Once you have the materials, follow these steps:
1. Cut the brown felt into a T-shape. The top of the T-shape should be 3 inches wide and 2 inches tall. The bottom of the T-shape should be 6 inches wide and 4 inches tall.
2. Cut the flesh-colored felt into the shape of a circle. The circle should be 3 inches in diameter.
3. Glue the flesh-colored felt circle to the center of the T-shape. This will be Theodore's face.
4. Cut two small black felt circles for Theodore's eyes. They should be 1 inch in diameter. Glue the eyes to Theodore's face, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
5. Cut a yellow felt rectangle for Theodore's nose. The rectangle should be 1 inch wide and 2 inches tall. Glue the nose to Theodore's face, just below the eyes.
6. Cut a red felt mouth for Theodore. The mouth should be 1 inch wide and 3 inches long. Glue the mouth to Theodore's face, just below the nose.
7. Cut four white felt squares for Theodore's teeth. The squares should be 1 inch wide and 1 inch tall. Glue the teeth to Theodore's mouth, two on the top and two on the bottom.
8. Cut a green felt rectangle for Theodore's shirt. The rectangle should be 4 inches wide and 5 inches tall. Fold the rectangle in half lengthwise and glue the sides together. This will make Theodore's shirt.
9. Cut two orange felt rectangles for Theodore's pants. The rectangles should be 3 inches wide and 6 inches tall. Fold the rectangles in half lengthwise and glue the sides together. These will make Theodore's pants.
10. Glue Theodore's shirt to his body. Then, glue the pants to his body.
11. Cut two small black felt circles for Theodore's buttons. The circles should be 1 inch in diameter. Glue the buttons to Theodore's shirt, about halfway down the front.
12. stuff Theodore's body with poly-fil stuffing. Don't fill him too tightly, or he will have a hard time sitting up.
