Did cate blanchett use a body double in Carol?

Yes, Cate Blanchett did have a body double for the love scene in Carol. Sarah Paul was used for the scene. Despite not being visible in close-ups she was still credited in the film. In fact, in several of the scenes featuring Rooney Mara, Blanchett is using a body double as well. They were shot so as to hide the fact but some of the scenes are quite obvious.
