What happens at the end of Chasing Zoey?

In the end of Chasing Zoe, Gus finally tracks Zoey down. In a tearful confrontation, Gus asks her to stay with him. She declines and tells him he shouldn't be asking her to stay with him because he's about to leave. In the end, Gus says goodbye to Zoey and leaves.
