What is ironic about brave new world line in the tempest?

The phrase "brave new world" occurs in Act V, Scene I, when Miranda speaks these words on her first encounter with individuals other than her father Prospero:

**O wonder,

How many goodly creatures are there here!

How beauteous mankind is! O brave new world,

That has such people in't!**

When Miranda says this line, she conveys the beauty of the world outside the island, with a sense of joy and wonder. The words "brave new world" are usually associated with the title of Alduous Huxley's novel, which presents a dystopian society. It is ironic in the context of The Tempest because it contrasts with the utopian vision Miranda's words originally portrayed.
