Why do people drama?

1. To seek attention. Some people drama because they crave attention and want to be the center of it. They may exaggerate or fabricate stories to get people's attention, or they may create conflict to stir up excitement.

2. To feel powerful. Drama can give people a sense of power and control over others. By creating conflict, they can feel like they're in charge of the situation. They may also use drama to manipulate people or get what they want.

3. To avoid boredom. Some people drama because they're bored and want to entertain themselves. They may create drama to add excitement to their lives or to escape from reality.

4. To express emotions. Drama can be a way for people to express their emotions, such as anger, sadness, or frustration. They may use drama to vent their feelings or to get others to react to them.

5. To cope with stress. Drama can be a way for people to cope with stress or trauma. By creating conflict, they may be able to distract themselves from their problems or to feel more in control of their situation.

It's important to note that not all drama is created intentionally or with negative intent.
