In Romeo and Juliet who starts the fight?

Tybalt starts the fight. He is a hot-headed and quarrelsome cousin of Juliet. He is quick to anger and does not think before he acts. When he sees Romeo at the Capulet ball, he is furious and immediately challenges him to a fight.
