How does Romeo see Juliet?

Romeo sees Juliet as the most beautiful and perfect woman he has ever seen. He is instantly smitten with her and believes that she is the only woman he could ever love. He describes her as being "too fair, too wise, unwisely fair" and says that she is "the sun" that makes his world bright. He is so besotted with her that he is willing to risk his life to be with her.
