Why is Brutus angry with Cassius as Act IV begins?

At the beginning of Act IV, Brutus is not angry with Cassius. It is at the scene at Sardis in Act IV, Scene III, that the two will quarrel over a number of important issues, causing their relationship to begin a downward spiral towards tragedy.
