The main villain in Disney's *The Emperor's New Groove* is Yzma, the Emperor's former advisor.
She's a power-hungry, narcissistic, and incredibly cruel woman who desires to usurp the throne from Kuzco, the Emperor. She attempts to do so by turning him into a llama, using a potion she developed with her bumbling assistant Kronk.
