When did the Tupac Biggy conspiracy start?

The Tupac Biggy conspiracy refers to the unfounded theory that the deaths of rappers Tupac Shakur and Biggie Smalls, also known as The Notorious B.I.G., were conspiracies and not gang-related crimes, as law enforcement concluded. Conspiracy theories surrounding their deaths emerged almost immediately and gained traction over the years due to several unresolved questions concerning the nature of their murders, alleged government involvement, and the suspicious timing of their passing.
