- Scat: The main protagonist of the series. Scat is a small round creature of an unknown species, characterized by his big eyes and long pointy ears. He has a mischievous personality and is always getting into trouble.
- Squit: Scat's close friend and sidekick. Squit is a small mouse-like creature who is always there for Scat when he needs him.
- Pip: A small frog-like creature who is also one of Scat's friends. Pip is always trying to find ways to help Scat and Squit, but often ends up causing more chaos.
- Mr. Buns: A large grumpy rabbit who is often the antagonist of the series. Mr. Buns is always trying to catch Scat and his friends, as well as attempting to ruin their fun.
- Ms. Appleblossom: A kind elderly lady who is a mentor to Scat, Squit, and Pip. Ms. Appleblossom is always willing to help the trio out of any trouble they find themselves in.
