Soon after, the band was discovered by John Janick, the owner of the independent record label Fueled by Ramen. Impressed by their talent and potential, Janick signed Paramore to the label in 2005. At this point, the band added bassist Jason Bynum and officially changed their name to "Paramore".
With their debut album "All We Know Is Falling" released in 2005, Paramore gained significant recognition in the music industry. The album was a critical and commercial success, reaching number 30 on the Billboard 200 chart in the United States and selling over a million copies worldwide.
Over the next few years, Paramore released several more successful albums, including "Riot!" (2007), "Brand New Eyes" (2009), and "Paramore" (2013). The band's popularity grew significantly, and they toured extensively throughout the world.
However, in 2010, the band faced some internal conflicts and lineup changes. The Farro brothers left the band due to creative differences, and Paramore continued as a trio with Hayley Williams, Taylor York, and Jeremy Davis. Despite these challenges, the band persevered and continued to release successful music.
In 2017, Paramore released their fifth studio album, "After Laughter", which marked a departure from their previous sound and showcased a more experimental approach. The album was well-received by critics and fans alike, and it further cemented the band's status as one of the most influential and successful bands of their generation.
Throughout their career, Paramore has garnered numerous accolades and awards, including three Grammy Award nominations and a win for "Best New Artist" at the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards. They have also sold over 18 million albums worldwide and have toured extensively, playing sold-out shows around the globe.
