What good news does Shylock get in act3 scene 1?

Shylock receives good news in Act 3, Scene 1 when Tubal informs him that Antonio's ships have been wrecked at sea and that he has lost all his wealth. This news gives Shylock hope that he will finally be able to exact revenge on Antonio and take his pound of flesh.
