What was copulet raction when Juliet to marry Paris?

Capulet was furious when he learned of Juliet's plan to marry Paris. He had already arranged for her to marry Count Paris, and he saw Juliet's disobedience as a betrayal. He called her a "disobedient wretch" and threatened to disown her. He also threatened to kill Romeo if he ever came near Juliet again.
