Who was Miss Leaky Mouth?

Miss Leaky Mouth was a character from the 2005 Wallace & Gromit claymation film "The Curse of the Were-Rabbit". She was a member of the village's Anti-Pesto Society and was voiced by actress Helena Bonham Carter.
