Why was Davy Jones mad at calypso the end of third pirates Caribbean?

In the third Pirates of the Caribbean movie, At World's End, Davy Jones is not mad at Calypso. In fact, he is seeking to release her from her human form, which has been cursed by the Brethren Court, so that he can be with her again.
