How did spencer kill A in Pretty Little Liars?

Spencer did NOT kill "A" in Pretty Little Liars. The series finale reveals Alex Drake as the mysterious "A.D." and is arrested while trying to escape in a police chase before being rescued by a mysterious figure on a motorcycle.
